Our Philadelphia orthodontic practice offers Invisalign® invisible braces as one of our orthodontic options for teenage and adult patients who want to straighten their teeth, but do not want the wear traditional metal braces. Invisilign®, a series of clear, removable aligners, is a user-friendly and aesthetic treatment to straighten a patient’s smile in just 18 to 24 months.

Dr. Hodges: “Invsalign® is a series of clear removable trays that a patient uses. They wear them 24 hours a day, and each tray lasts two weeks. Usually the total treatment time is 18 to 24 months. Candidates are typically teenagers and adults who would like to improve their smile and straighten their teeth, but really do not want to wear braces. It is a case-specific technique, so you would have to be evaluated to see whether or not you are a candidate, but the benefits are that they are virtually clear and you really don’t see them. They’re very user friendly, very sleek, with not a lot of interference with speaking or anything with your lips. They’re not rough, they’re very smooth, they’re very user-friendly and very aesthetic.”
